Let’s be honest: many of the same bugs have persisted since the early beta days. Despite the sheer number of issues, it seems some are given little to no attention. Take, for example, the scoreboard bug in the 3v3 arena. More often than not, the scoreboard fails to display its content, remaining entirely blank. This issue has existed for nearly two years now. I've reported it numerous times, yet no response or resolution has been provided.

Additionally, the game currently has numerous exploits that players use to gain unfair advantages in OPRs and the 3v3 arena. Instead of prioritizing revenue by releasing new, bug-ridden features, please focus on fixing existing issues and maintaining the game's stability to avoid losing your player base.

After Playing Elden Ring for the last couple of Years, New World Aeternum is what I’ve been looking for as my next Game. It has been an Absolute Blast to Play, so much Fun & the “Soulslike” Action Combat MMORPG that I have been Craving for on Xbox.

Absolutely love this game. It’s beautiful on Ps5 minus a few shadow flickering, but it runs amazingly smooth. Highly recommend. Only thing I’d say needs some work is the servers have some ping issues.

Tons of critics no one has ever heard of. Aimlock is terrible, PvP track is terrible, RNG rotated mutations is terrible (five weeks and still no mutated Genesis), game breaking bugs that aren't fixed, this list goes on and on... This game has SO much potential, but the developers are oblivious and refuse to listen to the community.

I enjoyed it. Though World Server connection can use some work on PS5. East And West usually sits at a two bar connection, occasionally three. Voice chat from other players don't come through, yet they can hear me.

Heard feedback and communication with the devs, aren't so great, though I hope this game improves. I've been wanting to play more MMO's besides FFXIV.

The game is fun, until it’s not. What I mean by that is going through the msq is a lot of fun but once you complete the msq and finally complete the Elysian storyline you’re left with group end game activities. The raid is gatekept by those wanting to see your trophy and gear posted in chat, the pugs for mutated expeditions is hit or miss but mostly a gathering of few players that couldn’t kill a level 68 boar solo if their life depended on it. A bunch of iron vein hoarder whores that know every spawn spot so you’re stuck having to buy it from the trader if you want to level your forge. Some named npcs spawns are 5 to 6 minutes that you camp out at for a possible drop of chef pants, or other crafting item only to not get it after doing said activity for a few hours. No one reading chat box, very few players with voice chat, so explaining mechanics (I play a tank) to a bunch of players who won’t see the message, or hear it is frustrating. More issues with the game’s performance than any other mmo I can think of. I play on a wide screen monitor and when aeternum launched the ui went to shit, now everything is in the middle of my screen. Like I said, the game is fun until it isn’t.
