Ukraine should cite the principles of its sovereignty based on the "Security Assurances of the Budapest Memorandum" signed at the OSCE Conference on 5 Dec 1994, which was guaranteed by UK, US and Russia. Russia has reneged on this, while UK and US has betrayed Ukraine on the terms promised, in exchange for the nuclear disarmament. UK and US should not be allowed to reneged on these principles which they continue to claim to uphold.

L'Ukraine devrait citer les principes de sa souveraineté basés sur les "Assurances de sécurité du Mémorandum de Budapest" signés à la Conférence de l'OSCE le 5 décembre 1994, qui étaient garanties par le Royaume-Uni, les États-Unis et la Russie. La Russie est revenue sur cela, tandis que le Royaume-Uni et les États-Unis ont trahi l'Ukraine aux conditions promises, en échange du désarmement nucléaire. Very easy . Just have a peace talk between Russia and Nato and address Russia's security concerns like getting Ukraine neutral. Russia cannot have Ukraine that is member of Nato.

There are Three Nuclear Free Zone Treaty’s upheld by countries that are not a Military threat to Russia, nor members of NATO or EU.
1. Treaty of Rarotonga
2. Treaty of Tlatelolco
3. Treaty of Pelindaba.

These countries could provide a collective of smaller countries to act as Peacekeepers in Ukraine, protect buffer zones and corridors of humanitarian assistance.
These countries should be involved without direction, or guidance from non treaty nations.
A worldwide nuclear free buffer zone Treaty should be ratified by nations not included in the above.
I’m nobody just a New Zealander who want’s Ukraine to be an Autonomous country.
Countries who can provide peacekeepers initiating an end to all hostilities and an immediate ceasefire>
