Pokemon X/Y & ORAS: 6IV Shiny Ditto Tutorial

How to get a Ditto:

1. Turn on X/Y/OR/AS and get to where you can see your character.
2. Press HOME button and let the game run in background.
3. Press L+R to activate the camera and then touch the QR button.
4. Scan your desired QR Code.
5. When browser crashes return to the game.
6. Your Ditto should appear in Box1 slot 1.

:2 questions:
1. Does this work on new Nintendo 3ds?
2. If I breed a Pokemon with these ditto will that Pokemon be ineligible for trades, online battles, competitions or Pokemon Bank like the ditto's themselves?
