Here is the best fast Weber kettle turkey thighs recipe cooked over Ridge charcoal and smoked with cherry wood. I show you how to smoke these turkey thighs for Thanksgiving dinner or any occasion. This smoked turkey recipe is fast because I only use two turkey thighs at BBQ at 325 degrees with charcoal grilling. When smoking turkey thighs you should always season with the best recipe and we used Killer Hogs all purpose or AP rub. It has no sugar and tasts great, plus its chunky and coarse to allow for that smoke to penetrate into the turkey for a beautiful color and taste. They look juicy🤤🤤🤤 Wish we were there😆 The metal part of the MeatStick should be fully inserted into the meat to track the meat temp correctly, but it seems the probe is too long for the turkey thigh😆 Can't wait to see you cooking with bigger chunk of meat!

Those look amazing - and the thigh is the best part of the turkey anyway! Question for you - when I use those charcoal baskets on my Weber I always struggle to keep the fire consistent between the two baskets. Have you figured out a way to keep the fires even? -Al
