Took business class on a CR400AF-BZ from Shanghai to Beijing. It has redesigned lie flat seats and was a really enjoyable experience.

I absolutely LOVE the G-trains when I visit China. Went from Shanghai to Nanjing in 1:35 even though its about 200 miles away and it stopped a couple times on the way. Took first class, not business class. Looks nice!

Hong Kong Station should be opened in third quarter 2018 that it's only taken 48 minutes from HK to Guangzhou. I am going to ride it in coming November. :)

I travel a lot. My first choice will alway be high speed train. You don't have to wait more than one hour before departure. You don't have to go into so much trouble inspected by security. You don't have to worry about bad weather. You can move around the carriage, and go to bathroom whenever you want. Anther plus is that you can watch movies without having worry about the battery.

only 100 rmb or $30 us dollars. I took just a regular train in the
economy section from my home town Bakersfield California to San Francisco ( about the same distant as Liuzhou to Nanning) and it cost me $140 US "ONE WAY".... Jacobys if you ever come back to the States be it is getting pretty expensive here compare to China. You video looks great, very cleared are you shooting in 4K? Also did you get a different camera? What editing software are you using now? Please let me know... thank you.... a friend Joey ( I hope)

Jacoby this is so exciting! Not only is the video so nice to watch ( ie sound and picture are smooth ) the train itself looks great and I honestly can't wait to get back to China to ride on a high speed train.  I spent years on slow trains which were fun too...up to a point. Thanks for sharing your experiences.

高鐵商務座坐過一次,非常舒服,就是買票的時候有點心疼 (。˘•㉨•˘。)心疼..。

8 hours on bullet, or 4 hours in airplane? which you will choose
assuming money to blow

Great....and you could, normally, experience more than 200km/h speed in other regions of China. Because in GUANGXI province, the hilly topography restricts the train to run with a higher speed.

The journey from Shanghai Hongqiao station (eastern coast of China) to Wuhan station (Central of China) on business class cost me nearly 1000 Rmb... but it worthed every penny haha. The whole journey is so relaxing even enjoyable to some extent, usually, commuters wish their trip time to be as short as possible but not in the case of riding business class on CRH.

This is just crazy, in Germany you'd have to pay at least 100€ for a similar ride which is slower and less comfortable

I took the same trip in the same kind of seat a few years before, Liuzhou is a nice city, I like it
