#FRIDAYFLYTYING: Peacock Midge

Sometimes you just got to know when to midge! Here, we’ll share a simple peacock midge with you that sinks fast thanks to its sparse body but still has some great movement! Change up the body (thread color), change up the bead color and weights, use colored rhea instead of peacock; no matter what you do, this is a great pattern to add to your boxes! The N304 hook in particular is excellent for midge patterns, particularly smaller ones, thanks to its stout wire and wide gap!
