My brother I agree with you that ACA is overly saturated and it is going to be even more saturated when open enrollment begins this October. I did not go to the event this year but I did go last year and you are correct, there are more people at the events. In the event of a US meltdown in the economy you have to put your skates on and search for offers globally. Remember when one part of the world is suffering another part is thriving.
