Society has always put the finger on women when it comes to the awful things that happen to them (we know what those things are). "She was asking for it...", "Her outfit was provocative", "She knew what she was getting herself into...", are a few observations. Unfortunately too many believe that the women should be held responsible.

We have to counteract these negative observations and think proactively, forcing our attention to the offenders.
