This an amazing song! It totally captured what I am feeling right now.
I'm really not ready to grow up at all. I have so many dreams that I want to accomplished, but it's scary, looking into the future of being an adult. These dreams, I want them more than anything, but I don't feel like I'm ready to take the journey to get there.
I've started a new job, and I hate it, but I can't get out of it now. I don't want to quit, then I'll feel like a failure. But I just want to enjoy my life and not waist one single day on hating the work I'm doing. I feel so trapped, like there's no way to get out of this dread I constantly feel.
I'm not ready at all.
