About coverage.
GL-CR600 600W version: two 600W is suitablt for a 2x2 ft grow tent for all growth stages.
GL-CR600 1000W version: one 1000W is suitablt for a 2x2 ft grow tent for all growth stages.
GL-CR1200 2000W version: one 2000W is suitablt for a 2x4 ft or 3x3 ft grow tent for all growth stages.
GL-CR4000 8000W version: one 8000W is suitablt for a 5x5 ft grow tent for all growth stages.

About hanging height:
GL-CR600 600W version: 12"-16"
GL-CR600 1000W version: 14"-18"
GL-CR1200 2000W version: 14"-18"
GL-CR4000 8000W version: 36"-48"

About brightness:
30%-40%: Seedlings or Seed Starting
60%-70%: Growing
90%-100%: Blooming or Flowering
