What I love about Stephen is that he does his homework about people he interviews. Even if he doesn't get the details right, he asks with enough pizazz about the interviewee's life that they can add to the conversation by correcting the details, rearranging the thoughts in an order that the audience can understand, and boom! another guest that becomes a friend because both sides feel valued. Simu is great, I hope he becomes a regular on the show
