Union apprenticeship, experience as much variety of work as you can to be a versatile well rounded journeyman and a true master of the trade from resi to commercial to industrial to trouble shooting, to service calls, to teaching and raising quality apprentices under yourself. These are the electricians that build a better USA.

Lol this guy. I my self am a lighting designer. Lol you sit behind a computer and click buttons. Folks if you are watching this you won’t make much money doing this, learn the trade make 3-4 times what this guy makes. Should be called luminescent engineer or technician.
