Radical environmentalists only want socialism and communism

People around the world are living longer, happier and freer lives. Most people would celebrate the spread of free markets and human liberty around the world, but not the far-left and radical environmentalists.

These radical activists don't want politicians to listen to them. They want to overthrow the entire system. For them, the solution is always socialism and communism.

They're just looking for a problem - and they finally found one in climate alarmist and teen activist Greta Thunberg.

Greta Thunberg was in Vancouver for a post-election climate rally last week. True North's Candice Malcolm reports.

I wonder if any of these 'climate emergency' activists practice what they preach? Their homes, offices, and cars are all powered by burning fossil fuels. Even if the own an electric car, where do they get the electricity from? The clothes they wear, and many other products they use, have components, which are derived from oil. The food they eat is harvested and delivered from equipment which burns diesel or gas. Vacations or business trips are taken on airplanes, which burn kerosene and other types of fossil fuels. If they use a conventional toilet, energy is used to process it, to make it safe. We can all protest the evils of fossil fuels, but we'd be hypocrites. It is a very difficult thing, to change the way you live, so you aren't one. I'll let someone protest, get in my face and shame me, when they live free of fossil fuels. Until then, they are just another hypocrite, virtue-signalling at the protest of the week.
