This recipe is all vegan, I'm not using chicken broth. It's a vegan broth that mimics the flavor of chicken broth.

Vegans don't eat animals so telling me to just eat chicken isn't really useful on a vegan page. You are more than welcome to keep scrolling, otherwise thanks for the engagement and helping to spread this vegan recipe to people who will make it.

What i will never understand is if vegans are so opposed to eating animal meat why are they constantly trying to make their food replicate the look taste and texture of animal meat? I understand it in a way for people who decided to go vegan after they use to eat meat but not so much the people who have never eatin meat.

I was hoping this was a sort of mushroom chicken alternative recipe but as soon as I read soy curls I almost clicked off, idk why but I just enjoy mushroom as a meat alternative I find it much better in terms of texture and flavor
