Hello sir, I extracted a firmware and found ssl certificate in it. What can I do with that?

So, if I created my self signed .crt and .key, I can use carboncopy to copy the certificate and key from my legit website.
Then I could host a new website with those copied .cert and .key to make as a Man in the middle, and I could decrypt the packets?

Also, how can I fix this even if I want to keep as a self signed cert?
