wow, it was already very good but now with the captain chair with centre armrest in the middle row and having the ability to remove the passenger side centre stick is brilliant. I hope i can afford one in the next few years.

What is the 50ft obstacle take off distance from an unprepared runway in high humid/jungle/tropical conditions? And can the passenger seats be removed to maximize cabin space for... um... humanitarian supplies? Asking for a friend

0:43 - I've always wondered how you address the control stick on passenger side, in this scenario.
After PPL in Cessnas, I transitioned to the DA-20. First XC flight from TOA to MYF, I proactively refueled... for something like 7 bucks!!
