I never save passwords in my browser. I don't save them on the cloud either. I think corporations look at howuch money they can make by selling your information. When it gets to a point where it costs them less to betray you than to keep your information safe. They have a " Security Breach ". Your information goes to the highest bidder.

I have a question though not questioning the information in the video….is it not also a major security risk using a password manager company / application as in the scenario the company of the password gets hacked would that not expose all your passwords?

Having physical storage of your passwords is actually fine though, unless you're putting them in places that are public.

If you have a little booklet in your house with all your passwords, the only way it can be compromised is if someone physically accesses it, as opposed to a browser or other computer storage applications where half-decent malware or remote access could steal it all in two seconds without you being aware. I just don't like that everyone perpetuates the idea that sticky notes are a bad idea if you're just in your own home.

Also, I almost never agree with password generators that create non-sense that you will never be able to remember, and thus *requires* you to use a password manager. In my opinion, that's pretty much always backwards logic. As such, instead of have different passwords that you might be able to remember for many different sites -- even if they're weak -- you've now traded your ability to log in to any website on your own for one password for everything you ever use. Hackers now only have to figure out a single password to access everything you've logged into with your password manager.

I did that once and after that was having troubles with trying to log into my Banking Account. So attempted to change my password but no prevail and gotten freaked out then went to my local banking branch to have them fixed it for me. Thank goodness. All my password information, I just simply record them into my notepad and store it into my usb now and copy & paste whenever I wanna log in.

Thank you for the video, but I am not sold on moving away from the browser. Just like with the browser, the password manager companies can also be hacked with the same result. In fact I am sure they are a juicy target for would be hackers since they specialize in holding all the keys to the kingdom. That being said, I do not save any payment information online to minimize the impact and I have monitoring service to keep an eye on things too.

Looks more like advertising video. The problem I see with these services as well as internet security is that they have so many “tools” that we don’t know what they really do and ended up slowing the OS. For the savvy in these matters maybe easy for the average person is very user unfriendly. Thank you for your advise.

Hi Liron, Thanks for all the great videos 🙂 Just wondering... are browsing history cleaner extensions like 'click n' clean' safe to use?

I think this is misleading, saving a password in the browser's manager isn't the same of using predictable and/or weak and/or repeated passwords because browser's passwords managers these days can do that for you. Unless you mean that the browser's password managers are easily hackable?

I personally use BitWarden as my password manager, so I don't need a sponsored alternative.

Great video thanks for sharing. I often think that I wish that they had YouTube when I was growing up because I would be so much smarter by being able to learn anything I was interested in leaving. But every time I see a video and think to myself that it’s great I go down to the comments and become uncertain 🤨 if I’m making a mistake because the people with different points of views are also convincing. My point being that maybe it wouldn’t of helped after all

Only the solution to your problem really, is to save password on your own computer question.
