I was in the audience at an Intel sposored dinner event when the "Want to run your windowing software fast?" (1:43) commercial came up on a huge screen as we were finishing dessert. I literally felt the hair on the back of my neck stand up! I was a computer industry rookie back then, and remember feeling for the first time like I was actually "living in the future." I was so excited to be involved in what would become the most exciting and innovative time in human history. I could hardly believe I was getting PAID to do something that I was so passionate about. Today, PC tech has become so mainstream and mature that I will likely never experience that kind of excitement again. But I am SO VERY GRATEFUL that I was in the thick of it through the first decade of the zips!

The new Intel logo is pretty neat, it's like the old version from 1968, also, 1968 is a very long time Intel was formed.
