If no left or right child then how can we apply the last step for selection of deletion type

Sir for deleting 15, what if we consider it as RL case, then too it will also be balanced, so is there any specific reason behind not using it¿?

Suppose if the node with bad balancing factor is n1 and we have deleted a node at the right of n1 so we have to check the balancing factor of the left child of n1 but if there is not node at the left of n1 then what to do?
