Hiya, with Q28 how do you know which way the current flows? I assumed clockwise because with potential dividers the current usually flows to the variable resistor first. Therefore I got B as surely it has 6V which goes down to 2V as Q moves to P. I had all the same values as you beforehand. I think I understand why you got C as this makes sense with the same logic, just with current going the other way.

For 4.2, do I really need to specify that the emf is 1.4V and that the internal resistance is 12 ohms? Can't I just do the calculation and write that circuit 6 is suitable?

Markscheme for q6.3 is scuffed, they state both are loaded in the question but markscheme assumes trolley B is unloaded
