Mail-In Voting Works, Just Ask This Swing State

Mail-in voting has been available to all registered voters in Arizona since 1996, and it’s become especially popular in Maricopa County. Out of the more than 800,000 voters who participated in the August election, about 90 percent of them voted by mail. Officials showed us how it’s done.
