NSW Police: The Dramatic Arrest of 'Bondi Legend'

On the 19th of April 2020, NSW Police arrested Dimitri Moskovich on suspicion of passing through a beach-closed sign. This arrest caught on body-worn video later became a civil court case costing the NSW Police $90,000 in reparations.

One of the things I used to teach young people was: do as instructed. If the Police are wrong, make a complaint afterwards. Resisting, swearing and complaining just makes them work harder to find something extra to charge you with.

Fresh air and exercise is healthier than being stuck inside your apartment building. I’ll never understand how people weren’t allowed to say goodbye to dying parents in hospitals even while masked up and in gloves, my elderly parents weren’t allowed to cross the state border sitting in their vehicle to make a 45Min drive to their front door with no reason to get out of the car, not trying to go on a holiday, not trying to go shopping, they just wanted to go home and stay home
