How to Change or Remove User Account Picture in Windows 10
To add avatar, user profile picture open settings and accounts. Here in Your info you can add a new picture by clicking browse for now or create your picture using your pc camera.
To change user profile picture click on the one of the picture, you want to have as your profile picture.
To remove old profile picture, open File Explorer, go to:
%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\AccountPictures
Here are stored all user profile picture. Select and delete these one you want to remove.

There is absolutely no way ro remove all pictures. Though I'm deleting them from my Desktop AND my Microsoft Account profile, the picture is somehow still synchronized and load back again and agin. I really can't understand why Microsoft has designed this feture so complicated, and why you need to go to Windows directories to delet a profile picture (and that still won't delete it permanently).

microsoft is very good at giving stress and headacks. All that need to have is click on image icon then delete or new picture.
plus I had to go to my own laptop and couldn't do it with my brother's pc...what if my laptop get stolen.
