I feel like you missed out on a number of huge advantages that the protoss bring to the table that just isn't matched by other Sci-fi navies.

The Warp Prism: The warp prism is functionally the protoss transport vessel. It can ferry protoss units to and from location to location and can also deploy a psionic matrix, turning the transport into a one-ship landing zone that can theoretically offload unlimited protoss infantry units directly to the frontline.

The Observer: The Observer is an un-manned (unprotossed?) scouting probe equipped with the most advanced sensor technology available to the protoss, while it's own cloaking technology makes it entirely undetectable to enemies without advanced sensors of their own. Couple that with the relatively low cost of the vessel, despite it's advanced technology, and you can never be certain if the protoss are watching, because they always are.

The Corsair: While technologically inferior to the phoenix as a space superiority fighter, it's ability to nullify enemy surface to air weaponry with it's disruption webs make it an excellent support vessel for pushing through enemy blockades or buying the fleet time to cut through ground based defenses.

Protoss Shielding: While technically not a ship in and of itself, protoss shield technology is unmatched in the Korprulu sector, which allows protoss ships to enter sections of space that would devastate unshielded ships and zerg organisms. The shield's regenerative properties also reduce the maintenance cost of their ships, since if they fight an opponent that fails to breach the ship's shields then no maintenance would be necessary on the ship.

you forgot the arbiters (budget motherships), scouts (anti-matter missiles and ability to attack ground targets), and warp prisms (shuttles that store units as energy, and can power protoss stuff from the air and allow warping in from a gateway).

The Protoss are so like the Eldar (for some surely unfathomable reason...) that they should get along famously. A technological and cultural exchange could be beneficial to both species. The perpetually outnumbered Eldar could doubtless make use of Protoss weapons like the War of the Worlds-esque Collossi with their thermal lances, and the Protoss would find that Eldar D weapons, Holofields, and Aspect warrior training techniques would all greatly augment the abilities of the Templar.

1 thing you should have brought up is the "shadow clones" the protoss psionics can create, while they don't deal damage they are exactly the same, even having shields and the same endurance of the original. Which are able to draw enemy fire and potentially intimidate the enemy fleet, combine that with the cloaking tech and its basically psychological warfare.

Any engagement with the protoss could be a gamble as you never know if those are the numbers are you facing, are there 10, 000 or 1, 000 or vice versa!

you did the imperial navy. but what about the tyranid's could be nice to see 10 advangetes or flaws for them if there is enough info :D
