It is hard to believe that they STILL haven't fixed the elevators!!! 25 years ago they were awful, I can only imagine how they are now! Also, we usta love the fact the entire downtown closed up at night. We would go to a bar called Kason's who would serve underage students as long as you showed your student I.D. (no way that happens anymore). Watch a midnight movie at the Fulton Street theater (no way that dump is around anymore) where I saw Res. Dogs and The Dark Half at. Hit a peep show on Liberty Ave. (another place I can't see still being around). Downtown Pitt., two decades ago, was like a mini-NYC...at least it was to us. Good times.
