The "Mountain" is Mt. Humphries, part of the San Francisco Peaks. They ski up there at Snow Bowl. You can look up the property lines on the Coconino county property records. There are several different property owners off that road. Hope you are enjoying my home state of AZ. 🥰👍

Thank you for posting. I enjoyed watching. They own 14 and some acres so it’s really not as huge as Kody claims it to be. That “pond” is sewer run off and animal waste. The realtor told them that they shouldn’t be swimming in it because they could get a disease from the poo. When that clip reruns with all of them swimming in it I gag.

Hey girl!!! Did you see Kody & Robyn first…dropped the price of their house significantly and then had to take it off the market! AND!!! it was listed on Zillow before they took the listing down they have a couple of mortgages on the house!! I guess Zillow has to disclose that…I can’t remember what YouTube channel I saw it on but they said it has like three different loans on it like that.

Their land didn’t seem surrounded by that many trees. Seems like it would be really hot with no shade on most of those lots. The pond was NO pond. The way he is acting you’d think he had a beautiful lake. The mountain doesn’t seem all that close either. No wonder Christine was so quick to sign that over😂
