I think it was a Schindler because the escalators and travelators are Schindler.
Floor 1 is closed for reconstruction.
I also found a 3rd elevator in this mall but it's getting modernized again by Thyssenkrupp with BLUETON fixtures. My first time seeing BLUETON fixtures!
