Elitefts Olympic Cambered Bench Bar Review

A quick look at the elitefts olympic cambered bench bar. My thoughts and use of it after 5-6 months of having it. Not the best option out there for a cambered bench bar in my opinion.

I have the exponent edge cambered bar. Twice the price but it's shorter while still 33lb, has knurling on the camber, and I believe it was designed as a ez curl bar first. Okay quality but the functionality is there

Definitely worth spending more on a Rogue or similar bar

As cheap as the bar is no one should be surprised by the lack of quality in my opinion. The bar is 100 bucks. I use the bar for seal rows only it does its job.

Bought one of these some time ago. Was dissappointed to see it was a CAP product as Elite does not make that clear on the website, kind of shady imo. Same issues for me using it, it is outside of the active ROM of the pecs and just puts more stress on the shoulder joint. Probably pointless for most people.

Good to know elite FTS is not American made high-quality. I would love to see a review on knurling that is close to kabuki‘s knurling since kabuki is now out of business.

Titan makes one that's close in price but seems a bit higher quality
