Hey fusion! My advice is to pay attention to the stars on top of the kids room next time you play, I noticed them moving alot. especially the one closest to the camera.

Edit:so my tiny little theory is the voice is actually Gabriel trying to communicate with you when he does that whisper. Maybe of a signal of an evident anomaly coming. Or maybe he is trying to say something before he places an anomaly because he is also known as Lucifer in the Mandela catalogue
