Six witnesses took the stand to refute the testimony from the defense's case on Feb. 28, Day 26 of Alex Murdaugh's trial for the murders of his wife Maggie and son Paul.

Even Attorney General Alan Wilson got into the case. It ended up taking an entire day as the trial nears its end.

The state brought back key witnesses, including crime scene expert Kenneth Kinsey and pathologist Ellen Reimer, as well as former law partners and friends of Murdaugh, now poking holes in the defense's case that Murdaugh could not murder his wife and son.

I wouldn’t know anything about this if it weren’t for Netflix

It’s all about money. If your family has money, you’re able to get away with anything.

I think Ronnie doesn't want to say he thinks AM did it b/c Buster was in the audience. Unlike AM, he thinks about other peoples feelings

This case, if he's convicted, will get tossed on appeal. There's so many reversible errors with what the court allows, it's insane.

Asking witnesses about issues the jury has to decide, i.e. "do you think he did it" is an egregious error.

Motive in my opinion: In Alex’s mind, MagsMags was the reason they had to live so large, and PawPaw was the reason they were going to lose everything. Drug addict Alex did not want to be responsible. He had furious malice for Mags and Paul.

I worry that implying that someone would lie in order to get revenge on the stand is a lot like implying that someone who would steal and lie to your face for dozens of years could be a murderer. Just saying

Guilty unless he fixed the jury too. These people are still powerful.

Is anyone else watching the Murdaugh Murders Netflix documentary while just thinking “yup, he did it”?

Harpootlian’s response to the nasty comments received during this trial and how everyone deserves a right to a defense. No one disputes the right to counsel but when you are so arrogant, condescending and disrespectful to the witnesses, you are a poor reflection of who should be interpreting the law to a jury. Saying “there are defense lawyers and then there are defense lawyers” does nothing except puff up your own ego at the expense of alienating a jury. I found it obnoxious and if I was a juror it would definitely alter my opinion of how you present a case. You will now be known as the defense lawyer who lost the biggest murder trial in decades. The dark shades Top Gun look outside the court doesn’t help.

We eating up ourselves God will soon expose the whole case we need to pray and ask the Lord to show us what the enemy doesn't want us to see or hear in this case. Pray pray pray.

What if he said Yes, I think he did it. when the defense attorney asked him, Do you think he did it!? If he said yes would there have been a mistrial?

Alex is trying to buy his way out of the murder charge.
Either way he is going to be in prison for long time.
