definitely you got that achivment for flying Soroush for 60 seconds

Actually you can get this achievement while doing some quest which is helping sorush friends with flying with them too. This is how I get it on the second day of sorush release tho

You can also get one if uoi just start a bounty and wait for the timer to run out
