Really, it was already far too late for Mulan. Aurora was in love with Philip, baby or no baby. And even if there were no Philip, it's unlikely that Aurora would have returned Mulan's feelings anyway.

I know only too well how much this hurt Mulan. I'm straight but for anybody the most painful things ever are 1) love someone who doesn't love you back and 2) watch the one you love, love someone else. This is both those things at once

I wonder why they never elaborated more on Mulan's story rather than have her chase after Aurora and Philip...or give her a special episode or episodes.
