Hi - This didn't quite work. When I tried to go to Safe Boot, I got an error: "System Configuration cannot save the original boot configuration for later restoration. Boot changes will be reverted. BitLocker Drive Encryption cannot be used because critical BitLocker system files are missing or corrupted. Use Windows Startup Repair to restore these files to your computer." When I tried StartUp Repair, I got a message saying it could not fix my problem. Really stumped now. Every time my computer tries to install updates, I am getting a "Couldn't Complete Updates" message. Really frustrating...any thoughts?

When updating, it got to 100% and then the message stated undo all the changes. The issue was resolved when the AppReadiness service was enabled, the default is manual. Hope this helps anyone having issues.
