Below The Bassline features the music of Jamaican jazz guitarist Ernest Ranglin and other roots reggae pioneers. Fusing jazz, reggae and world rhythms, this quartet builds infectious grooves with a light-hearted swagger. Guitarist Rahm Mandelkorn (Rahm Squad), bassist JP Furnas (Carolina Sage, Dub Kartel), drummer Nik Hope (Empire Strikes Brass), and keyboardist Lenny Pettinelli (Empire Strikes Brass, VOV) come together to form this band of musical hooligans. Formed in early 2016, Below The Bassline are old friends sharing an innovative approach to classic styles.
