What do you mean set the temperature difference? I set mine at 60F and once it reaches that temp it shuts off...but temperature rises to 62-63 and does not start up immediately? What's wrong? What is the F1 and F2? It seems English translation is not accurate or descriptive enough to know.

Hi, I just bought the model AL-60 of your chiller and I did exactly what is in this video and after a full day and it still doesn’t work. The ambient temperature is no more than 30 Celsius degrees. What can I do?

I'm new to aquariums and chillers so I'm curious if the little pump box attached to the side of the tank comes with the poafamx chiller or do I need to buy a separate pump to operate?
