He really seems like a nice & good hearted guy. It’s really a shame when you can’t even walk somewhere without getting attacked!!! He really should have called the Police; the judge is absolutely right, because there’s cameras everywhere & they may have caught the thug or thugs that injured him. A head injury isn’t something to play with!!

ATTENTION: JUDGE CAPRO (and others in the same situation). When you discover that your car has been rifled through, it isn't what they stole then that is the most important, it's what the thieves learned from your identification in you car's glove box or old repair bills that are visible. Your address, your phone number, sometimes your birthdate, personal notes, your insurance policy number and more. Be aware that car theft is one step away from Burglary. The thief that stole from your car now knows what your car looks like and when he passes by your home, he'll see when your car is out front, when it's not and when it's in the garage. He'll see when the lights of your house are out, what light(s) are left on when you're gone and so on. 3 to 4 months later what seemed like "out-of-the-blue" your house gets broken into and robbed. Chances are fair to good that it was from the same individual who trashed your car. ...But wait there's more, once the house has been burgled, the following day at work, in the parking lot with the doors locked and alarm on, your car gets stolen. Why? How? It's because in the house burglary, amongst the few things stolen from the house's bedrooms, living room or home office, a spare set of car keys up on the hook by the back door was removed from the key ring and pocketed. The key ring was returned to its place back on the hook so it wouldn't appear as a blank space among the wall hooks and obvious to you as having been stolen. This world is full of thieves and the harder times become socio-economically, the more desperate people become to get money. ...Oh, and if your car has a moderate amount of value, it will get stripped, sold off in parts on Ebay, or Craigslist and lastly dumped in the depths of a forest.

Both guys have a big heart, never been in court but the court from what im seeing in here puts no stress to those who will be dealing with fine and the judge really is adorable, bless him🥰🥰
