Should the joint sponsor fill out a separate I-846 form as well as the petitioner? What to do if the both husband (American citizen)and the spouse live abroad? should we just put their abroad address in the Domicile section or leave it blank? BTW, I am a joint sponsor and live in the US.

hi what if the petitioner filed joint on her taxes and the she didn’t make enough but the husband did, so is the Husband now the joint sponsor? or can she just submit the taxes?

Hi 👋 I accidentally saw your video and I hope you can answer my question? Two days ago NVC sent a case FE review note.. they said income reported as stated on form I-864, I-864A is insufficient to overcome the public charge…My mom is the petitioner for my brother and she is on ssi get 11, 500.00 and My dad and I join as household .. my dad same my mom and I am making 23 thousand a year all together around 45 $ a year.. I don’t know why they said that? Thank you 🙏🏼

There are 5 countries the U.S. counselate internationally DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE.

Indonesia is one of them so JOINT SPONSOR WILL NOT WORK. In essence, it's devistating. I'm on SSI and my Dad said he gladly will joint sponsor. I told him he can't because Indonesia is on the list and my fiance is Indonesian. He is very saddened for us.

Now, I'm heavily considering getting a petition together and have over 2, 000 people sign it to overturn both of the above mentioned wrong doings. Hopefully it'll go to the supreme court.

No person (people) or thing may decide if two God given people can marry or not because of their fiances. It's personal and consentual between the man and woman trying to marry
