My plan for summer is to finally get to all 756 pages of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy bind up. 2 weeks left of uni and I can't wait

I finished reading the first Outlander book in 2017 and loved it took me 2 to 3 months to read it.

Bleak House is definitely long but it's so good! Probably my favorite Dickens novel - it's so very Dickensian :)

A long but so worth it nonfiction option is The Warmth of Other Suns by Isabel Wilkerson - all about the "great migration" of millions of Black Americans out of the Southern U.S., as they tried to find better social and economic environments and to escape Jim Crow laws. Thorough and well-researched but also very accessible and really poignant.

A great long novel is both infinite jest by David Foster Wallace and also The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson.

Wasn't Nicholas Nickleby Charles Dickens longest novel?
