Dubrovnik was the main filming location in Croatia for King’s Landing, a fictional city in Game of Thrones, the famous HBO television series based on the series of fantasy novels “A Song of Ice and Fire”.

A beautiful city ... I went in October 2018 and loved it. The tourist season was winding down, the weather was perfect and I was still able to swim. Early morning's except for a few other photographers I had the old city to myself . Loved Dubrovnik!

Hi doc. I felt that this city looks fabulous by night. The part where two cruise liners are gliding on the sea and the sunset on the Adriatic Sea is incredible. The fireworks are so alluring.
It is an interesting place. I see a plethora of walkways flanked by ancient structures. This seems to be a classic feature of the city.

It is a beautiful town, but like Venice, it is overrun by tourists in the summer. When I was there in 2015 you could still see signs of the war with Serbia in 91 when Dubrovnik was attacked, although fortunately the majority of the buildings escaped serious damage.

Adriatic coast is amazing from both sides.. Italy coast with Venice, Trieste, Rimini and another beautiful cities from one, and Dubrovnik, Dalmacia, Istra and Budva and Montenegro from other side.
