I use a hue/saturation layer and color match with increased brightness. Really makes the irises pop.

For a similar effect I use Shadows/Hightlights. Soft edge lasso selection of both eyes. Shadows to 35% and Hightlights to 0%

Guys i would love to color a line by the color i have in my color selection, like if i have a kind of red, that apply to the layers i have, how i do that ? Or what the key term to search that ? Search on google and find nothing :(
