You are by far the most accurate beauty YouTuber! I bought the palette and couldn’t decide if I liked it or not as all my friends tell me Mario shadows are amazing. I loved the colour story for days when I don’t want to think about what to slap on my eyes. The mattes were so underwhelming! I can handle a lil kickback but playing with a palette where there’s ton of kickback in 7 pans?! 😬
Also, it lasted for 6 hours on my eyes yesterday then started to fade away. Felt like the mattes were patchy as well. I’m so sad I will be returning this cuz it’s a gorgeous palette.

Natasha Denona Glam palette + UD Space Cowboy and you pretty much have the essence of this one.

I love love love when you do the comparisons. That’s pretty much why I watch reviews and performance of course. So many beauty YouTubers were giving this palette amazing reviews and here I thought I was going crazy. Thank you for being thorough and real. ✌🏻❤

Thank you for this review and comparison! In 2022 to make a unique neutrals palette is an accomplishment. Patrick Ta and MBM are on trend, wearable and right up my alley. The palette shows up on medium/tan skin FWIW and I think it was intentional not to include a black, since as you state, it's meant to be "ethereal." Same for the ratio of toppers.

Thank you for the review. I keep going back and forth about buying it or not. I think it's easy sometimes to get caught up in the hype and everyone saying it's so amazing. But realistically it's just a thing and not something that will change your life. I think you did a great job of talking about the pros and cons of the palette in a way that made me realize "it's just a thing, not something magical". It will be very expensive for me to buy since I live in Sweden and someone wrote in a comment on his instagram that the palette won't be coming to Europe. Unfortunately the shipping to Europe from his website is extremely expensive. What I like most about this palette is the tones of it and the sparkly toppers. But I will be trying to dupe this with my existing eyeshadows first before I decide whether to buy it or not. Thanks again for the review! 💜

Thank you for the review! I think I really made the right choice getting it because I don’t have any of the palettes you compared it to and I love the blend of mattes, metallic and glitters. Loved both your looks too - will definitely try them out!

Sofia….you are amazing and I really love your reviews. I do not own any of the Mario palettes and I am super happy I bought this and I own all of the comparison palettes you showed, I like having different formulas. People need to just decide what is best for themselves. Again, I look forward to your next video….you are quickly becoming my favorite.

Thank you for the amazingly thorough review! Is it weird that after seeing your & GlamGirlChelsea's looks I went from not wanting this to considering it? You bring up a number of good points but as someone who only has 1 PMG palette and a cream shimmer, this just looks like such a beautiful, fun, and wearable palette for year round. It just looks very effortless on you.

I'm wearing it today and all your points, both good and bad are valid. I'm glad I picked it up with the Rouge discount, because I don't know that it's worth it at full price. That said though, I really enjoy the looks I get with it and I find it a good, staple, "no brainer" pallette to grab for work.

Thank you so much for your honest review. I see so many people rave about and I loved the glitter toppers (especially from previous reviews), however you show the real texture and the close up colors so it makes me think if I really need to add it to my collection (as far as we can call makeup a necessity anyways).
