Objectives:
1. Cite the problem of Sudden Cardiac Arrest/Death in the young athlete.
2. Recognize screening of the young athlete for cardiovascular risk factors for sudden cardiac arrest and describe sudden cardiac arrest in the young athlete.
3. Review the treatment of sudden cardiac arrest in the young athlete to prevent death and improve survival: Project ADAM.
After submitting the online test/evaluation it will be submitted to Dayton Children's department of medical education. CME credit will be awarded upon successful completion of the post-test and evaluation.
*Participants should only claim the hours of participation.
