i just bought this tablet for 95 Euro brand new sealed, i choose it over the nexus 7 because is much cheaper and you can make phone calls by default with it and I'm planning to mount in on my car dashboard permanently . Good deal.

Thanks . I bought one of these but there is only a very short start-up guide and no User Gide on CD as I would expect with most products like this. Can't find one on internet either. It would save a lot of time-wasting if a better guide was available. Does anybody know where to find one?

This thing is a piece of garbage, it's difficult to turn on, it's extremely slow, it takes ages to download simple apps and there's always on going technical problems with everything you try to do with this thing. If you live in the UK, don't waste your money on this piece of less than shit, buy a hudl or some other tablet for the same price, there are plenty of cheap makes that work much better.

Good review. I went out and bought one of these on your recommendation. One thing you don't mention is that the earphone socket isn't configured for headsets with built in microphones, which seems an odd omission given that this is essentially just a very large phone.

A helpful review for me as proposed first time pad buyer. Would be helpful to see some actual routine applications being used in more depth in  the review. For example nowhere have I seen any tablet/pad review clearly confirm and demo one can type ON SCREEN (without separate keyboard) and create emails, letters etc. Also the phrase 'GPS receiver' makes me wonder if that means what I would expect; that i can just select and get sat navigation anywhere in the world.OR does it mean I have to buy software maps that will then work with the GPS function. Sorry as newcomer to ask what might cause derision to the skilled readers but arent alot of these reviews for people like me? . Thus as I write Im not sure a pad is useful for me despite being very impressed with all your review material. John Webster in South Africa .

So, you can put a SIM card into this tablet to use 3G (browsing) and GSM (calls)???
