Ok. I just purchased a “1/2 Cow” for $800. After getting 4 of these “beef mixture” boxes, each box containing, 2 porterhouse steaks(2.25 lbs ttl), 4 filet mignon(1.75 lbs ttl) 5 peppered sirloin steaks(1.41 lbs ttl), 3 NY strips (1.875 ttl) and 8 chopped steak patties (2 lbs tyl), totaling 36 lbs of meat. That averages out to $22 a pound. Even if they we ALL filet Mignon, you still are not saving money buying in bulk! You should not advertise that you are selling “1/4 cows” or “1/2 cows” because it’s very misleading. “1/4 cow” is around 100 lbs of meat! I didnt even get half of that thinking I was purchasing “1/2 cow”. Each box is $200. And you get about 9 lbs of meat total per box....you do the math...

Its a good deal but not the weight you said

Read the label carefully then just walk away. Its water and package weight. Good meat should never be mechanically tenderized.
