Muscle mass helps protects against diabetes as you mentioned and i agree. Most bodybuilders eat multiple meals per day as we all know the classic ‘eat every 3-4 hours’ or so for lean gains. I no longer eat this way and prefer my one meal a day but i feel it’s not enough for performance. What is your opinion on eating like a classic bodybuilder every 3-4 hours as my concern would be higher blood sugar levels in the long run…
