I was using one of Theresa's verions that has those lines for the most time

Almost all the older valks had clear design philosophies behind their gameplay.
Bronya had charged ranged attacks.
Theresa was a mix of normal attacks to power her up, and charged attacks to release the power, or sometimes just charged attacks, sometimes with multiple levels of charge, while also relying heavily on weapon skills to drop her cross weapon.
Fu hua had advanced combos with tapping ult as a different attack style, with using normal attack/ult attacks as fighting game combo inputs to produce different results.
Himeko was also heavily focused on charged melee attacks.
