Just got out of a 11 year abusive relationship and for the first time in a long time I’m sleeping alone by myself and I feel completely alone if that makes sense and can’t seem to sleep and keep my mind from wandering and I get on YouTube looking for something to watch, listen to while falling asleep because my mind keeps wondering and I’ve come across your video and for the first time I feel like I can breathe a fresh breath of air. It’s so refreshing to find such a straight forward video and not only that but your voice is very soothing and meant for this. This is a great video and thank you for making this. You definitely helped me sleep my first night alone in a long time. I mean I wasn’t completely alone cause your story was playing out loud so I felt somewhere safe if that makes sense❤

Great job on this, I spent 27 years out at sea. I resigned from the Merchant Marines and got me a land job. 27 years at sea was enough, got burned out.

I didn’t expect to be this hooked, but here I am—4 hours deep into maritime mysteries, completely hypnotized. There’s something incredibly eerie yet mesmerizing about stories that vanish into the ocean, like they were never meant to be solved. The pacing, the narration, the atmosphere—everything about this video hits the sweet spot between creepy and calming. Honestly, it feels like I'm listening to ghost stories told by the sea itself. Definitely not something to watch if you plan on sleeping peacefully tonight. Subscribed instantly—this is storytelling at its finest.

This is amazing, many nights I can't sleep during to chronic pain, have been looking for a distraction that's interesting and lengthy. The narration is some of the best I've heard; soothing yet interesting, informative but not overdone. I love history and had heard of many of these ships, how incredible there are so many that remain mysteries. Thank you for a great program.

I was born in San Francisco. My earliest memories are the ships, tug boats, fog horns, sea gulls, and the Golden Gate Bridge. I love these stories! Thank you!

I loved the story of the HMS Resolute. I had no idea that the iconic Resolute desk had been a part of the ship. Thank you so much for sharing!

#1- Thank you for covering the Fitzgerald and for not mentioning the "official" cause of the sinking- the improperly latched hatch covers, which no one really believed- except the ships insurance company. This explanation is an insult to the seasoned & experienced crews memory. So thank you!

#2- The F/V High Aim 6 was found abandoned 80 miles west of the Rowley Islands, which are about 160 miles off the northwest coast of Broome, Australia (not 800 miles as stated). They were able to locate the lone living crew member by tracking the engineers cell phone, which was back on land. He claimed that the crew became angry, had a mutiny & killed the captain & engineer on December 8th. Then, the survivors took the life boats and came back to shore, leaving the fishing vessel running with the cargo of rotting fish. The vessel was surrendered to Australia & after stating they were originally going to sink it for an artificial reef, they ended up just tearing it apart. (Which, in my opinion, is a tragedy also.) Anyways, I love that this story was covered here, I just wanted to correct a couple of things & add some additional information. I hope you have a great day, my fellow lovers of sea & ship mysteries! 😍⛵️☠️😊👋
