Creating a web mapping application - Flask and Maplibre (#2)

In this series we'll be creating a web application for maps. This video covers creating the initial flask route and adding a basic maplibre map to a web page.
We'll be using all open source tools, including Flask, Maplibre, Postgres/Postgis, and pg_tileserv
