58% Wagyu, 42% ground beef. They are delivered to Arby's frozen and semi cooked and Arby's deep fry's them to heat them up or finish the cooking process. I liked it too! The size of the patty was perfect. Wagyu is a higher fat/marbled premium quality japanese cow/beef.
