I just want to say thank you all so much and I am making it one day at a time off these BENZODIAZEPINES that are so easily written out. 26 years later. I'm almost done with my Ashton manual taper and I am so grateful for you all ❤ 🙏 I have had paradoxical and other stuff while on, the meds and coming off.

The drugs have made me worse, I have been trying now for almost 5 years, I have epilepsy and they use valium ever time to stop my seizures. I'm so tired of starting over and over. Thank you guys and God bless.

It is important not to " fix " the problem... as Chuck Ruby says, listen, , listen and don't judge, offer compassion. Your son is being raised in a totally different environment then you we. Face book and twitter social media and the corporations telling us we can be happy if we buy something or have something....

My son needs to speak to others who are trying to get off psyche meds..can a zoom support group be formed? We love all these segments, haven’t watched the film yet but planning to with our son.
